The whole student council cannot shoulder all the expenses (especially the airline tickets) and thus solicitation is a must.

- Removal of student representation in Executive Committee
- Denial of renewal of the contract of security guards who were promised to be absorbed in the proposed new security agency.
- 15 were promised to be absorbed by the new agency based on their good performance, but at the turnover the Dean suddenly expelled them from duty.
- Denial of tenure for faculty
- The Dean uses campus facilities for personal concerns, personnel were treated as personal employees and public lands were used for private and commercialized projects.
UP Mindanao: the impending demolition of the main library to give way for University Avenue. For the mean time the staff doesn't have any place to work at and the books were stored somewhere. Another plan was to use the tuition increment to build another main library.
UP Los Banos: Dorm Fee increased and land lease project for a Power Plant.
UP Miag-Ao: Land Lease Project for Love Nature! Park
UP Diliman: UPIS land was leased for Ayala Land Corp. for their project. UPIS was moved to the former Narra dorm.
